PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under section 115 of civil procedure code, to set aside the Docket order dated 27.01.2026 in E.P.No. 3 of 2025 in R.L.T.O.P.No. 70 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Rent Court, Madurai Town and allow this Civil Revision Petition and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable court may deem fit and proper in the above circumstances and thus render justice. ORDER
In terms of the order dated 12.03.2026, Mr.D.Srinivasa Ragavan, Advocate Commissioner had visited the demised premises and he was assisted by Mr.K.Yasar Arafath and by Mr.K.Navaneetha Raja. The tenant has removed all his belongings. Hence, nothing remains to be revised in the order. The learned V Additional District Judge at Madurai will record this Order and close RLTA.No.16 of 2024.
2. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. In case of any money claims, it is up to the parties to work out their rights in the manner known to law. The readiness with which Mr.D.Srinivasa Ragavan, accepted the assignment is appreciated. As he has executed the warrant, the same stands discharged. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
