ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action dated 16.02.2015 and Crime No.152 of 2015 dated 25.03.2015 who are all one and the same in both the crime numbers and also to secure them and to produce further as per law.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the investigation is going on and the final report will be submitted within a period of six months. He would further submit that the petitioner is an employee of Sri Ram Chit Fund, in which the accused person is working as an Officer.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
