O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to restore the electricity service connection to the petitioner's hospital, in compliance with the award passed by the Lok Adalat dated 28.01.2026, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2026.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 4 submitted that the electricity service connection to the petitioner's hospital was disconnected pursuant to the directions issued by the first respondent Pollution Control Board.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner's hospital had dumped medical waste along with municipal waste and, therefore, the first respondent issued closure directions in respect of the hospital.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already approached the first respondent seeking appropriate permission to run the hospital in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above, respondents 2 to 4 are directed to restore the electricity service connection to the petitioner's hospital upon the petitioner obtaining the requisite permission from the first respondent.

6. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
