Respondents in both cases COMMON PRAYER: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records and set aside the public auction dated 24.03.2018 held by the 2nd respondent and quash the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.126 dated 05.03.2018 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein to extend the lease period of 1000 Sq.ft., of land in Survey No.367/7A, 362/7B, 362/8A of Vellampatti revenue village for three more years from 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2021.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
