O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to respondents 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

3. The petitioner states that the fifth respondent has given a false complaint against the petitioner before respondents 2 to 4 and under the guise of enquiry, respondents 2 to 4 are harassing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) however on instructions submitted that no complaint has been lodged as against the petitioner either by the fifth respondent or by anyone before respondents 2 to 4.

5. In the above circumstances, this Court is not able to give any positive direction. However, even if the presence of the petitioner is required for any enquiry, the same can also be done only after issuing summons prescribing date and time and in the manner known to law.

6. With the above observation, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
