favour of the 6th respondent for carrying on the quarry operations in S.Nos.140/1 and 131/11 has already been cancelled on 06.05.2019 and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. Since nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
