PRAYER: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to issue a direction, directing the respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 22.02.2017 based on the order dated 19.07.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam, in Cr.M.P.No.8186 of 2017 by registering a First Information Report and to investigate the case in accordance with law.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 22.02.2017, based on the order dated 19.07.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam, in Cr.M.P.No.8186 of 2017 by registering a First Information Report and to investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner gave a complaint which was presented before the respondent. The petitioner approached the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam, for a direction to register the complaint. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam, has passed an order directing the respondent to take appropriate action under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., and to investigate the matter.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the complaint has been registered in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crime No.335 of 2017, on 14.09.2017. Since the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam, is complied with, he further submitted that no further order is required.
