2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is merely called for enquiry.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
