Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants to register the petition mentioned decree. It appears that the second respondent has not entertained the document on the ground that it has been belatedly filed. Section 23 of the Registration Act does not apply to register the Court judgment and decree.

3. In this view of the matter, as and when the petitioner presents the petition mentioned judgment and decree, the same shall be registered by the second respondent subject to fulfilment of the other usual formalities. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
