ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are shown as Accused No.1 and 2 in Crime No.214 of 2011, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sholavanthan Police Station, Madurai District for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC and they seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioners have been shown as accused in C.C.No.644 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that absconding charge sheet was filed against them. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners subject to the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the said Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order apply for recall of Non bailable warrant and on such appearance of the petitioners, the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to recall Non Bailable Warrant on the same date. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
