PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to correct the UDR Correction with regard to property in Survey No.753/11 to an extent of 0.005 Ares, situated at East Car Street, Sambavarvadakarai 1st Grade Town Panchayat, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District and further direct the second respondent to issue the patta in favour of the CSI Church based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2025.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to correct the UDR Correction with regard to property in Survey No.753/11 to an extent of 0.005 Ares, situated at East Car Street, Sambavarvadakarai 1st Grade Town Panchayat, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District and further directing the second respondent to issue the patta in favour of the CSI Church, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2025.
2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is hereby dispensed with.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the subject property. It is further submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 23.09.2025 to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking UDR correction in respect of S.No.753/11 and issue Patta in favour of the petitioner. However, despite receipt of the said representation, the respondents 1 and 2 have neither considered the same nor passed any orders thereon so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6. Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the
respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2025, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after providing reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and any other persons, who may be affected by such decision, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. NCC : Yes / No (K.SURENDER, J.)
