The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the official respondents to recall the look out circular issued against him in Crime No.2 of 2017 on the file the second respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the look out circular was issued in the year 2017 and the same is valid only for one year.
