PRAYER: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, at Boothapandy, to dispose C.C.No.160 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, at Boothapandy, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandy, to dispose the criminal case in C.C.No.160 of 2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3. The petitioners are the accused in C.C.No.160 of 2015 which is pending before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandy, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 350, 355, 378, 380, 387, 390, 426, 448 and 506(ii) I.P.C.
4. It is stated that though the complaint was given in the year 2012, after four years, the case was taken on file in C.C.No.160 of 2015.
5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the matter is dragged on unnecessarily even after the matter was posted for arguments.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
"The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandy, is directed to dispose of the criminal case in C.C.No.160 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of the three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
