ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.175 of 2015 and to file a final report before the concerned Court. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, Radhapuram Police Station, after concluding investigation in Crime No.175 of 2015, a referred charge sheet is made ready.

3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is directed to file the referred charge sheet before the concerned Court, after giving notice to the petitioner/de-facto complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner can file a protest petition before the Magistrate concerned, if he is so advised.
