ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed DVOP.No.2 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate1, now in charge Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate No-2 Sivagangai , Sivagangai. The above said DVOP is pending at the stage of notice for a period of more than three years. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present criminal Original Petition before this Court to expedite the disposal of the DVOP filed by the petitioner. 2.On a perusal of the records, it shows that the DVOP filed by the petitioner is pending for the period of more than three years at the stage of notice. The reason for the pendency of the aforesaid DVOP is not proper. Hence, without going into the merits of the case, this Court, directs the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Magistrate-1, now in charge Judicial Magistrate No-2 Sivagangai to

dispose of the said DVOP as expeditiously as possible.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
