Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the Hon`ble III Additional District and Sessions Judge (Special Judge for PCR Cases), Madurai to accept the petitioners surrender and consider their bail application on the same day in connection with Crime No.1375 of 2020, on the file of the second respondent in accordance with law. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Selvakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate(Criminal Side), for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order:

This Court, by its order dated 04.11.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12380 / 2020 directed the petitioner to surrender before the III Additional District and Sessions Judge (Special Judge for PCR Act Cases), Madurai, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not in a position to surrender before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court and seeks further time to surrender.
3. Considering the request made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the III Additional District and Sessions Judge (Special Judge for PCR Act Cases), Madurai, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading this order, failing which, the order passed by this Court, shall stand automatically cancelled, without further reference to this Court.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
