PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.74 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.02.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 IPC, in Crime No.74 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that when the de-facto complainant went to Palani Patha Yathira, the petitioner trespassed into the de-facto complainant's house and stolen Rs.6,00,000 and 1 1⁄2 sovereign of gold jewels in the Bureau. Hence, the complaint 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

CRL OP(MD). No.4585 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that out of Rs.6,00,000/-, Rs.3,00,000/- has been recovered and the remaining amount of Rs.3,00,000/- and jewels are yet to be recovered.
5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 11.02.2022 and also the fact that the entire property is not yet recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
