This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner's association all events under the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that as of now, no complaint or petition is pending against the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of as unnecessary.
