The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the mother alleging that her daughter, aged about 21 years, had gone missing on 29.01.2024. In this regard, the petitioner has lodged a complaint to the respondent Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that pursuant to the petitioner's complaint, the petitioner's daughter has been secured by the respondent Police and she is produced before this Court along with the third respondent.

3. The petitioner is also present before this Court along with her sister, who is none other than the mother of the third respondent. The

petitioner's daughter states that since her mother scolded her, she left the home without informing her. Now she has been secured and wants to join with her mother. Recording the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. (G.J.,J.)
