This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C No.11 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Thirumangalam , against the petitioner/A2.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
