Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to provide sufficient safeguard and protection to operate the gravel quarry in accordance with the permission granted by the second respondent vide its proceedings in Na.Ka.No.76/fdpkk;/2019, dated 02.12.2022, in S.No.156/2A and 156/2B, total extent of 2.29.0 hectare, situated at Erukalavellalur Village, Thirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
