....Respondents PRAYER :- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the first and second Respondents to shift the petitioner's brother namely Sankar, son of Boominathan now he is remanded at Central Prison, Madurai to Government Rajaji Hospital for providing better medical treatment and permit to provide one assistance by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2022. ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second Respondents to shift the petitioner's brother namely Sankar, son of Boominathan, now he is remanded at Central Prison, Madurai to Government Rajaji Hospital for providing better medical treatment and permit to provide one assistance by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2022. 2.As directed by this Court, the Medical Officer, Prison Hospital submitted his report dated 24.03.2022. CRL OP(MD). No.5571 of 2022 admitted in the Prison Hospital, Central Prison, Madurai, who had alleged history of accidental fall, he was diagnosed with the fracture BB left forearm and isolated tibia fracture proximal third on left side on 03.02.2022. He was under admission till 17.02.2022 and discharged from the hospital. He is being given adequate care with complete bed rest, analgesics and manual support for doing his daily activities in Central Prison Hospital. Therefore, the petitioner's brother does not require any inpatient treatment. 3.Hence, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
