ORDER

The petitioner is a Ward Member of Pilathu Panchayat. He has submitted a representation to the District Collector raising certain allegations against the fourth respondent / Panchayat President and has filed this writ petition that his representation dated 31.01.2022 has not been considered.

2.Learned Government Advocate, by referring to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2811/2021/Thee.1, dated 07.04.2022, submitted that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and orders have been passed and the same has also been communicated to the petitioner. He has also furnished a copy of the proceedings to the petitioner's Counsel. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if so advised. No costs.
