ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.12.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 307 IPC in Crime No.618 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the petitioner herein is the sole accused in this case and he has attempted to cause injury with arival and the defacto complainant escaped from the hands of the petitioner and gave complaint before the respondent police on 20.12.2016 and on that date the petitioner was arrested and he is in custody and none sustained injury during the occurrence. It is further stated that the petitioner is history sheeted rowdy and he is having 12 previous cases including the cases for offence under Section 302 IPC and 307 IPC and if he is released on bail, he may tamper the evidence and investigation is almost over and charge sheet is yet to be filed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner was released on bail in respect of earlier cases and due to previous motive, the defacto complainant has given false complaint against the petitioner herein and he is in custody from 20.12.2016 onwards.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that none sustained injury in this case and investigation is completed, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain condition. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, on all working days at 10.30., a.m., until further orders. sd/- 06/02/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
