This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the records in Crime No.17 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Thiruppuvanam Police Station, Sivagangai District. 2.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the charge sheet was already filed and the case was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, in P.R.C.No.45 of 2017.

3.Recording the said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
