O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file final report within the time stipulated by this Court in connection with the case in Cr.No.31 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 21.02.2018 in Cr.No.31 of 2018 under Sections 294(b) and 323 of I.P.C., and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002, but sofar, a final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and two months time may be granted for filing a final report.

is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
