ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A6 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 341 and 307 IPC in Crime No.209 of 2014 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 25.10.2014 at 6.45 a.m the petitioner along with five other accused waylaid the injured and attacked him.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even as per the case of the prosecution the accused 1 and 2 have attacked the injured with a knife and the accused 1 to 5 have been arrested and released on bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side)submitted that the petitioner was present in the scene at the time of occurrence and the other accused have been arrested and released on bail.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the entire materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalm, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
