This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute prevailing between the petitioner and third & fourth respondents, by considering his representation dated 11.09.2017.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint preferred by the third respondent / de-facto complainant, enquiry was conducted and the same was, later, closed as mistake of facts.
