O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent herein to complete the investigation in Crime No.392 of 2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is stated that the petitioner lodged a complaint which was registered in Crime No.392 of 2015, dated 04.09.2015, for the offences under Sections 406, 294(b), 506(ii) I.P.C. It is further stated that since there was no progress in the investigation, the present petition is filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) however on instructions submitted that the investigation is completed and final report also came to be filed. He further submitted that due to some defects, the same is returned. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) ensures that the final report will be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

taken on file within a period of three months.

5. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The respondent herein is directed to re-present the final report and to see that it is taken on file within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
