Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.PC., to Call for the records relating to the case in S.C No. 460/2015 on the file of the 1st Additional district Court Tirunelveli, and quash the same as against the Petitioner. ORDER:

This petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the earlier order of this Court, and the requisition letter submitted by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiunelveli, vide letter in D.No.15730/2018 dated 22.10.2018, appeared of Mr.R.Maheswaran, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate for R1 and Mr.C.Sasikumar for R2, this Court made the following order:

By letter dated 22.10.2018, the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, has requested further time of four months for disposal of the case in S.C.No.460 of 2015. 2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended further for a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 09.10.2017.
