This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to include the main accused viz., Siva @ Sivakumar and file the final report in Crime No.331 of 2017, pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents however on instructions submitted that the final report itself is filed on 09.10.2017 and that though it is not taken on file so far it is likely to be taken on file within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
