[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] In the opinion of this Court, there is no public interest involved in this Writ Petition, inasmuch as these are all matters of faith, especially, in the light of the fact that the fourth respondent herein has filed a suit and obtained a decree in his favour. It is always open to the petitioner to get himself impleaded in those proceedings and work out his remedies in the manner known to law. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
