PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.2024 sent by the petitioner for the purpose of cancelling the patta obtained by the respondents 6 to 9 in S.No.180/2, situate at Pachamalaiyankottai Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District, which classified as Anatheenam in the revenue records. Considering the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this petition, notice to the respondents 6 to 9 is dispensed with.
2.By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The contention of the petitioner is that the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking to cancel the forged patta obtained by the private respondents, which is classified as Anantheenam land in the revenue records, has not been considered so far. Hence, this writ petition is filed. 4.Considering facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner either in the representation or in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.2024 after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
