This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 05.03.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner/defacto complainant is not cooperating with enquiry.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry.

4. Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 20.04.2015 and produce relevant documents apart from his statement and co-operate with the enquiry.
