This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 24.02.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that counter complaint has been given by the proposed accused in this case and both the cases are in the stage of petition enquiry.

3. Considering the said submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in both the cases within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
