COMMON PRAYER : Writ petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned resolution passed against subject No.32 of 251 st Board Meeting of the 2nd respondent dated 28.08.2018 and quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents to promote the petitioners as Deputy Manager on the recommendation dated 13.06.2018 of the Finance Meeting Selection Committee within a time frame as fixed by this Court. For Petitioners : Mr.K. Viralinathan in both W.Ps.

For Respondents : Mr.A. Jeyam, Standing Counsel in both W.Ps.
