The offence under Section 138 of NI Act is the bailable one and the anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, at this stage.
