ORDER

The petition is filed for a direction to provide police protection. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, it is submitted that the petition given by the petitioner is closed as civil in nature. It is also seen that already a civil suit is pending between the parties. Therefore depending on the outcome of the civil Court, liberty is preserved for the petitioner to approach the police for protection and the police protection can be granted as per the civil court order/decree. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
