O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute regarding the petitioner's properties.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed them under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner before the second respondent police and hence, the presence of the petitioner is not at all required by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent police. He would further submit that the respondent police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

5. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
