ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 448 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003, in Crime No.10 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.In Paragraph No.5 of the Criminal Original Petition, it has been stated that the petitioner is not having any bad antecedent. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State pointed out that there are as many as three previous cases against the petitioner. Since false averment has been made by the petitioner in the Criminal Original Petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
