ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Rmt.Teekaa Raman J.) This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 158 days in re-presenting the Review Petition in Rev.Aplc.(MD).No.59953 of 2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The main CMA(MD).No.1102 of 2022 was filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 26.08.2022 made in I.A.No.4/2021 in HMOP.No.18/2021 on the file of the Family Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur. 4.The learned Family Court Judge by order dated 26.08.2022 made in I.A.No.4/2021 in HMOP.No.18/2021 has directed the husband to pay the interim maintenance to the tune of Rs.4,000/- per month. After hearing the parties in CMA (MD).No.1102 of 2022, on 12.12.2023, we have reduced the monthly maintenance from Rs.4,000/- to Rs.3,000/-. Now the petitioner has filed an Application for review of the said order, in such case, there is a delay of 158 days in re-presenting the same.

5.After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the earlier order passed by this Court in CMA(MD).No.1102 of 2022 dated 12.12.2023, we do not find any merit in this petition and it a is futile exercise to keep the matter pending. Accordingly, we are not inclined to order this Petition. 6.In fine, CMP.(MD) No.4199 of 2025 in REV.APLC(MD) SR No.59953 of 2024 is dismissed. Consequently, REV.APLC(MD) SR No.59953 of 2024 is rejected at the SR stage itself.
