The petitioner seeks direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is merely called for enquiry.

3. Recording the submission of learned Government Advocate, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent police to complete the inquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is required to co-operate with the investigation in this case. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
