ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to dispose of the Statutory Appeal filed by the petitioner dated 02.12.2025, within a time frame. 2.The petitioner is working as Junior Engineer in the Department of Agricultural Engineering at Aranghangi. He is facing disciplinary proceedings and has also been removed from service, on 17.11.2025. Aggrieved over the same, he has preferred an appeal before the respondent herein, on 02.12.2025 and the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking the aforesaid relief.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent to dispose the appeal, dated 02.12.2025, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
