This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.01.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that petition enquiry is pending in this matter. However, both the parties are not co-operating with the enquiry.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry.

4. Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 20.04.2015 and produce relevant documents apart from his statement and co-operate with the enquiry. Thereafter, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
