ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused No.3 in Crime No.403 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police, seeking to quash the F.I.R on the ground that on the date of alleged occurrence, he was not present at the scene of occurrence and in fact, he was attending the coaching class conducted for the selection of SubInspector of Police. 2.This Court is of the view that the above said fact which can be looked into by the respondent police. Hence, the first respondent is directed to look into this aspect including the document if any produced by the petitioner at the time of filing final report and is further directed to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
