Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.Aggrieved by an error said to have been taken place during UDR, the petitioner has filed revision / appeal before the first respondent. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the same. Copy of the said petition dated 18.12.2023 is enclosed in the typed set of papers. 3.The first respondent is directed to conclude the said proceedings on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The interested persons shall be put on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order in one way or the other.
