ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner wants mutation of the revenue record based on the petition mentioned deeds of conveyance.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader clarified that the petitioner's request was negatived. Soft copy of the memorandum dated 29.02.2024 was shown. The Tahsildar is directed to serve the copy of the same on the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order so that the petitioner can work out his rights in the manner known to law. The learned Additional Government Pleader is called upon to serve the copy of the same on the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law.
