In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned survey notice issued by the second respondent dated 10.02.2026.

2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The third respondent filed an application seeking survey of the land in question. In the course of the said proceedings, notice was issued to the petitioner. According to the petitioner, he is aggrieved by the survey conducted.

4. Since the first and second respondents have served the impugned notice on the petitioner pursuant to the application made by the third respondent seeking survey, the petitioner can submit his objections before the first and second respondents. The first and second respondents shall consider the same and conduct an enquiry and thereafter proceed with the survey.
