RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the order of this Honble court in Crl.OP(MD) No. 20512/2015 dated 06.01.2016 to the effect that the petitioner should be appear before the respondent police at 10.00 a.m. daily as and until further order.

2.Considering the submissions of both sides to the effect that the petitioner is strictly complying with the condition imposed by this Court, this Court is constrained to modify the same and accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Perungudi Police Station, Madurai, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
