PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2024 and not to interfere in the Civil Dispute. The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submit that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking a direction against the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.02.2024 and not to interfere in the Civil Dispute. 2.Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 furnished the status report before this Court. 3.As per the status report filed by the Investigating Officer, the defacto complainant was not residing in the address. Therefore, the summon was returned insufficient address. Earlier, they had also 2/5

registered a CSR, based on the complaint of the defacto complainant. Since the summons issued by the Respondent police was returned as insufficient address, the CSR was closed.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 18.03.2024 Index :Yes/No Internet: Yes/No LR 3/5
